iStore Deactivation

Dear Customer,

Please be aware that Thermo Fisher Scientific deactivated the chromatography (previously Dionex) iStore as of August 2, 2013. This action is the result of a significant upgrade and integration of the ERP (business software) system that supports this site. This will result in stream-lined processes for placing orders and service notifications.

As of August 5, 2013, US customers are able to order many ion chromatography and sample preparation parts, accessories, and consumables through the Unity Lab Services web site http://www.scientificinstrumentparts.com. This site supports credit card purchases only.

We will be launching expanded eCommerce capabilities on our new thermoscientific.com website in 2014. The products from iStore as well as products from across the Thermo Scientific product portfolio will be available for on-line ordering on the new site. While all of these actions will result in better customer service, we regret any temporary inconvenience. We will communicate the launch of the new thermoscientific.com site and eCommerce capabilities as soon as they are available.

With the deactivation of the iStore, there are three different ways to purchase the products you previously purchased through iStore:

  1. Use the Unity Lab Services web site http://www.scientificinstrumentparts.com. This site supports credit card purchases for US customers only.
  2. Order via email, using this form (click here to download).
  3. Call Customer Service at 1-800-532-4752 in the U.S. or 800-530-8447 in Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and an estimated delivery date will be emailed back to the email address on the order form.

Please call Customer Service if you need immediate assistance or if you need to expedite delivery.
