Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPac AS25 Hydroxide-Selective Anion-Exchange Column

High-Capacity Column Optimized for Determination of Multivalent Anions and Polarizable Anions including Sulfur Species

The Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPac® AS25 column is ideally suited for the analysis of multivalent anions and polarizable anions (iodide and perchlorate) including sulfur species (sulfite, sulfate, thiosulfate and thiocyanate) in complex sample matrices. The Dionex IonPac AS25 column simplifies the determination of polarizable anions, including thiosulfate, iodide, thiocyanate, and perchlorate by using an isocratic hydroxide eluent with no solvent required for the separation. However, for the best peak shape of polarizable anions, use the Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPac AS16 column or the Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPac AS20 column.

The Dionex IonPac AS25 is a high-capacity, hydroxide-selective column for the determination of multivalent anions and polarizable anions including sulfur species in complex sample matrices including wastewater effluents, scrubber solutions and food and beverage samples can be easily separated on the Dionex IonPac AS25 without the use of solvent. The Dionex IonPac AS25 column is available in 0.4 × 250 mm , 2 × 250 mm, 4 × 250 mm formats supporting flow rates from 0.010 to 3 mL/min.
